ADULT LEVELS:

INTRODUCTION

Players who are brand new to the game of tennis will learn to hold the racquet properly, be introduced to the basic technical checkpoints, and focus on building the skills for a gentle rally.

BEGINNERS

Players learn the fundamentals of the game, including developing technically sound forehands, backhands, volleys and serves. We help players learn basic rules of the game and getting the ball in play.

INTERMEDIATE

Designed for the player who is returning to the game or moved from the beginner level. Focus is on stroke and point play, making this an ideal complement for our clinics.

ADVANCED

Focus is on high level play and patterns to develop complete tournament players. Fast paced sessions include elements of footwork, fitness, strategy and match-like scenarios.

We'll get someone at approximately your level, who wants to play when you do. Meet new friends, learn new skills and have fun playing tennis!

ADULT SOCIAL NIGHTS

all levels

90 minute session of fast-paced tennis drills for a fun, heart-pumping workout. With a maximum of 8 players, it's an excellent supplement to your regular tennis programs.

CARDIO TENNIS

This crash course in tennis will enable you to grow through a highly personalized and holistic tennis foundation. 2 hours of tennis twice a week for 6 weeks with a group of friends for a learning experience that is both social and socially distanced.

TENNIS 101

This crash course in tennis will help you improve on the technical skills and tactical knowledge that will allow you to develop mechanically sound strokes and a strong strategy against any opponent you will face! 2 hours of tennis twice a week for 6 weeks.

KNOCK 'EM OUT

all levels

The tennis sessions are suitable for ladies of all ages and standards, who are grouped according to their level. Our main focus is on fitness, technique, tactics and match-play. The sessions are fun and social.

LADIES MORNINGS

all levels

Weekly group classes for all playing levels, which focus on one specific tennis fundamental element at a time and technique through various instructional drills as well as fun games and point-play.
